Van Persie's goal celebration against Chelsea was STUPID, blasts Van Gaal

Robin van Persie’s passionate goal celebration against Chelsea was ‘stupid’ according to Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal.
Van Persie netted a dramatic last-gasp equaliser against Jose Mourinho’s men in the 90th minute following Didier Drogba’s opener earlier in the second half.
After salvaging a late point for his team, Van Persie celebrated his goal by taking off his shirt – which earned the Dutchman a booking.
Following the game, Van Gaal criticised the striker for having received, what he felt, was a needless yellow card.
‘You can see he had a stupid reaction after the goal,’ Van Gaal said.
‘You can be excited, but you don’t have to pull your shirt off because then you get a yellow card.
‘It’s not so smart.’
