Fernando Torres may have regained some of his previous good form during his loan spell at AC Milan – but this scissor kick shocker demonstrates that he’s not quite there just yet.
The on-loan Chelsea striker tried to perform the fancy kick towards the end of Milan’s 1-1 draw at home to Fiorentina on Sunday.
The Spaniard scissor-kicked Mattia De Sciglio’s pass from the left, but failed to hit the ball anywhere near the goal – with his attempt nearly going out for a throw in instead.
Torres may not have quite gotten the kick right, but after seeing the 30-year-old pull out some impressive footwork and net a stunning header for the Italian side recently, we remain hopeful of seeing the striker terrorise opposing defences once more…
